What are your shipping costs?

Orders above RM1500 – Free Shipping

Orders under RM200 – RM12

How long will my order take?

Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive*. For Sarawak & Sabah may take more days.

Please note:

We are operating during COVID-19, however parcels may be delayed due to courier companies being busy during this period.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept VISA and Mastercard through TNG or direct bank transfer.

Do I need a TNG account?

Yes, you have to register under TNG apps.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders which have been dispatched are unable to be cancelled.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

We aim to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at ejuinventure@icloud.com

We cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty.
